William Turner

I don’t really have a favorite artist, but one of those who has called my attention is William Turner (the first time I heard him I could only think of pirates of the Caribbean), this artist is from England and specializes in landscapes.

                          

his work was carried out in the late eighteenth and early nineteenth century; he was very talented so he managed to be recognized very young. It is part of romanticism, specifically painter of the sublime; this movement portrays the amazing power of nature over the human, Turner’s paintings then reflect the mood of nature and the way to paint these pictures comes more emotionally and gives way to a more free use of materials.

                             

I liked this artist, because it shows the strength of nature, how great it is, I like the colors that I use and how they are mixed, such as the photographs of landscapes that I like to make, and that contrast with the city.
